  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Many placements involve gently positioning magnets on your body, and easy-to-move-in attire helps the process flow smoothly.

  • Take a moment to reflect on your health journey. If there are specific symptoms or concerns you'd like to address, jot them down. We'll begin with a discussion to tailor the session to your unique needs.

  • After your session, it’s common to feel relaxed or experience subtle shifts in energy. Schedule some downtime to integrate the benefits of your session fully.

  • Medium-strength static magnets will be placed on specific points of your body while you remain fully clothed. These placements are based on a scan of over 500 potential points, ensuring a comprehensive approach.
